Education

Graduated from the Law Faculty of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv in 1994.

In 1997 Andriy Kostiuk received Master of Philosophy degree from the International Academy for Philosophy.

Experience

Andriy Kostiuk joined the “Pavlenko & Partners” Attorneys at Law in 1997.

In 2003 Mr. Kostiuk was elected as Vice-President of the “Pavlenko & Partners” Attorneys at Law.

Andriy Kostiuk is highly skilled expert in the sphere of corporate law, M&A, including structuring of transactions in different jurisdictions, activity of the investment funds, has a unique expirience of cross-border projects and business restructuring.

Since 2008 till 2009 he was the Vise-President of the Universal Investment Group.

Since 2008 Mr. Kostiuk is Corporate Secretary of the Public Joint Stock Company “Concern Galnaftogaz”

Membership

President of the Nexia Ukraine.

Member of Lviv Region Bar Association

Since 2002 Mr. Kostiuk is visiting lecturer of Department of Philosophy of the Ukrainian Catholic University and professor of Lviv Business School of UCU.
